These Terms of Service ("Agreement") set out the understanding between Coastify.org LLC ("Coastify," "we," "us") and anyone who purchases a product from coastify.org (the "Customer," "you"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Coastify jewelry — bracelets, pendants, brooches, and keychains — is handmade to order in our Florida studio. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, pattern, finish, and size between what's shown online and what arrives are normal and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical errors.
Every piece includes an embedded smart chip that shares your digital profile (contact details, social links, portfolio, etc.) with a single tap. We program each chip before it ships. If you haven't provided your profile link at checkout, we'll reach out by email to request it — production doesn't begin until we have it, so a delayed response will delay your ship date.
Note: Tap functionality relies on third-party mobile device hardware and software settings. Coastify is not responsible for tap delivery issues resulting from incompatible, older, or improperly configured recipient devices.
Full payment is due at the time of purchase, using one of our accepted payment methods (currently Stripe or PayPal). Orders are not entered into production until payment has been received and confirmed.
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving your digital profile information, then shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastify is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use, misuse, or wear of our products. Products are sold as-is and should be used as intended.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
